Feist is winner of Shortlist Prize
Canadian singer-songwriter Fice has north Korean won the 2007 Shortlist Plunder in the US for her album 'The Reminder'.
Hoarding reports that the judging panel for the prestigious laurels included Snow Patrol's Gary Lightbody and the Killers' Ronnie Vannucci.
Cat Power's 'The Greatest' was the victor last year; previous winners include TV on the Radio, Damien Rice, NERD and Sigur Ros.
